The raw materials used for making cement bricks include cement, sand, and aggregates such as gravel or crushed stone. These materials are brought to the manufacturing plant and stored in silos.
The raw materials are then mixed together in a concrete mixer to form a homogenous mixture. The mixture is then poured into a brick-making machine, which molds the mixture into the desired shape and size of the brick.
After the bricks are molded, they are left to cure for a period of 14 to 28 days. During this time, the bricks gain strength and become more durable.
Once the bricks have cured, they are removed from the molds and placed on pallets to dry. The drying process can take several days, and during this time, the bricks are exposed to air and sunlight to help them dry evenly.
